Dave and Patty Batty joined the Global Teen Challenge organization in 2007, bringing with them over 40 years of ministry experience in Teen Challenge. At Global Patty serves as Executive Assistant for Global Teen Challenge. Dave serves as Chief Operating Officer.

Dave & Patty first connected with Teen Challenge as volunteers, working at the center in Philadelphia, PA, Patty in 1967 and Dave in 1968. They came to Teen Challenge in Brooklyn, NY in 1971 where Patty served as Executive Secretary to Don Wilkerson. While working at Teen Challenge in Brooklyn, NY from 1971-1975 Dave began writing the curriculum used in Teen Challenge. From 1977 to 1997 he served as the Teen Challenge National Curriculum Coordinator in the USA, developing the Christian discipleship curriculum used in Teen Challenge both in the USA and internationally.

Dave served as the Executive Director of Teen Challenge in Brooklyn, NY from 1997 to 2007. Patty served as a mentor and counselor during their 10 years in New York City. Dave has served as an international conference speaker for Teen Challenge for the past 30 years. Dave and Patty have 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
