Equipping Ministry Leaders
Staff Development team seeks to provide the Global Teen Challenge community with opportunities for professional growth and renewal in order to foster improved morale, increased efficiency, and greater ministry effectiveness. Our work is predicated on the belief that supporting the realization of ministry potential is essential in achieving shared excellence.

Development, Staff and Ministry Development Outcomes, and Technology/MIS.
