Vice President of Programs

Rev. Diane Swanson is the Vice President of Programs for Global Teen Challenge. With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona, she brings strong knowledge and leadership skills to facilitate the programmatic areas of the ministry.

Diane faithfully served at Teen Challenge of Arizona for 10 years (2003-2013) as the founding director of Home of Hope, a Teen Challenge center for women and women with children. Under her leadership, Home of Hope has become a model for many other Teen Challenge recovery centers for mothers with children around the world.

As a registered nurse and an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Diane has learned to serve the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those around her. Through her message of forgiveness, she has seen many restored and reconciled to their families. She is the author of “Forgiveness: a workbook on why and how to forgive."
